  I printed out all insurance coverage from a competing insurance company of the multiple vehicles I own and stopped by Maria's office at the listed opening time of 9:00 am. The door was locked and no one was there. I waited a good 10 minutes at which point Maria Showed up. I spent a good 20 mins answering her questions so she could quote me on insurance. She said because of the large policy she would have to call me back with the numbers. She never did. Very unprofessional to not be open at the listed times. Very unprofessional to waste 30 mins of my time (10 waiting plus 20 talking) to not get back to me.
  
  UPDATE: Now I have been contacted by a "Maria O. in an attempt to intimidate and bully me into taking down my review. Here was part of her message, "This is slander, libel and defamation. My attorney and private investigator is looking into this matter. My attorney is contacting Yelp regarding your false review."
