  Worst customer service experience at this store. I reserve the shirt online and went to pick it up at the store. Store manger refuse to give shirt at the same price i reserved it online and on top of that she refuse to talk to AE customer service rep over the phone to resolve the issue. When ask her name she refuse to give her name and started acting rudely. Avoid buying things at this store , More friendly and helping staff at the Great lakes mall.
