  Coach no longer stand by their warranty! My wife bought a purse/handbag a few months ago and the shoulder strap disintegrated. She took the bag back to the store thinking that they will do the repairs under warranty, only to find out that Coach no longer honor their warranty. The store assistant was rude and completely not interested in helping customers.
