  Extremely friendly and professional. Every employee and the owner treated me as a respected and real person and they understood and tried their best to help me out. Unfortunately I went in for some minor work that wasn't such a minor repair (due to unforeseen circumstances) and ultimately didn't go through with it; but they were able to offer an alternative and I did do that; the work seems top notch and I'm happy with both the price and the end result for what they did for me.
