  My previous review was 5 stars and said, "Always a great job."
  
  But they cracked my windshield and refused to admit it happened in their wash. 1 star now.
  
  I know someone else who had a previous experience where they backed his vehicle into a pole. They wouldn't admit responsibility to that either. Too bad.
