- Alexa CooperOct, 20 2018★ ★ ★ ★ ☆Mike and his partner were very polite and professional. They were on time and quick. The carpet looks great and feels so much softer than before. My only complaint is that I had a dresser and small couch table that I wanted them to clean under and they did not. I made sure they were clear of items on top and vacuumed underneath. They never asked if I wanted it done, and just did not do it. Had I realized before they left, I would have asked them. I just assumed that paying for the whole room meant they would have done it. The website says they will move furniture. Disappointed it wasn’t taken care of.
