  Pet Stop of S.E Michigan (Eric & Rachael) is by far the best company for purchasing, installing, and training my dogs. I did extensive research on electric fence materials, warranty, and the extremely important “proper and kind” training for my babies (dogs).
  
  Pet Stop has superior wiring that is thick in gauge. I don’t remember exactly the wording of the materials, but Pet Stop was patient with all my many questions and explained in great detail their materials for wiring, the transmitter, and the collar (and batteries). After my first phone call with Rachael, I knew I found the people I wanted to do this most important job. I was given so much information on the first call. Far more than any other company gave me –even at an appointment.
  
  Super plus, the transmitter can be adjusted by me with an over the phone call with Eric at Pet Stop. No appointment and NO service fee like other companies. The collars have 9 training setting alone!! That’s taking the pet into huge consideration. There are more settings after training – many more (I think 32).
  
  Like most people researching, I considered cost, quality for the cost, and the training.
  I would highly recommend Eric and Rachael of Pet Stop of S.E MI. They are professional and friendly and really know their business. My dogs received kindness and patience – “whatever the dogs need” is what Eric said to me during the training. He followed through with those words and took the extra time my one dog needed to feel safe and happy running around his yard.
  
  Today my dogs enjoy their yard and I have peace of mind they are safe within the boundaries I have set.
