  I’ve lived at Regents Park (now Club) of Troy since February 2017. I really enjoyed getting to know my neighbors and the staff, especially the property concierge, Jim. Jim is absolutely wonderful. Among other responsibilities on the property, he plans and organizes community events that include delicious food and drinks and good company. He is accessible all day and eagerly suggests activities in the area, makes reservations for dinner and keeps you updated on Troy happenings you might not hear about otherwise. To give you a sense of the personalized attention you get at Regents Club: My dad was helping me move in and during the process, we ran in to Jim who welcomed us and offered his assistance in any way possible. My father jokingly asked if Jim had any cookies and Jim immediately brought him Milano cookies from the Club House. Since then Jim always asks how my dad is doing and has kept a cookie stash on hand for whenever my dad comes to visit.
  
  In January 2018, the property management changed. I had originally planned to sign another year lease with the property, but life happened and I found myself putting an offer in on a house instead. I was nervous to sit down with the new property manager, Mike (who I had never met), and anticipated the worst. But Mike was incredible! He congratulated me on the house and immediately eased my worries. He quickly drafted a lease plan that was much more reasonable than I expected and sent me out the door with a smile on my face. It was so refreshing (and such a relief!) to talk to a property manager who is not only knowledgable and efficient, but compassionate as well. If you’re looking for a place to spend a year or even a couple of months, Regents Club of Troy is the place to be!
