  guy name Moe works there, absolutely sucks, literally took 40 min to help the 1 person in front of me pay his damn bill then tells me he can't help me upgrade my phone because it's 10 minutes to closing. why the hell does it take u 40 min to help someone?

  They are all about selling. SELL. SELL. SELL. They lie and give you wrong information at all time. Took my phone to transfer data, only thing they did was transfer my photos through a memory card and i didnt know that so i lost all other informations on my calender my files and my contacts. Also i got my mom ph on a rebate option totally gave wrong information so i lost the money and there is nothing they can do now. All BS.
  DO NOT GO THERE.
  There is one on John R by Target. Their customer service is way better and they are very helpful.
