  First off let me start by saying I have never left a negative review before but I was so appalled by the service at this location, specifically the “manager” Jessica (I believe), that I feel one is warranted. I went in to exchange an eyeshadow palette that was broken during shipping and a liquid lipstick that the color just didn’t suit me after having swatched it on my hand. The manager opened the liquid lipstick package and immediately said it was empty and dried out so she could not exchange it. I was shocked by her accusations as this product was brand new and I had only opened it once. While I tried to plead my case she keep talking over me and barely let me get a word in. She insisted that she “knows the weight of the product when it’s full” and this was definitely empty because she could scrape the brush against the side of the tube and see in. This has to be the most asinine thing I’ve ever heard. Ultimately, this led to a less than pleasant verbal altercation.
  
  I’ve included a picture of the BRAND NEW liquid lipstick that I received in store, and (spoiler alert!) I can scrape the brush against the side and see through too! So either Ulta sells empty products or the “manager” is incompetent... I think it’s the latter.
  
  So unless you want to be patronized, insulted, and accused of something you did not do, I would avoid this location at all cost!
