At first they seemed very helpful and determined to place me in a job. After the first day, i called back and told my agent that i did like the job because it was cluttered, disorganized, and just didn't seem like a place i could stay long term. Even though I was told to call if I was displeased with the place, my agent told me to keep working and "try talking to the manager to see if there's something that can done." as if a machine shop would change the entire shop for a single, new employee (even though i was told there were several opportunities for me before i had decided to accept this job). I stuck with it and, after a week, I informed my agent that I was going to quit because i really did not like the place. My agent told me i need to give them a one week notice at least. I reminded him i told him a week ago that i wanted to work somewhere else. Shockingly unprofessional for how nice the office was, though i guess you can't judge a book by its cover.

Very professional and helpful. They give you the boost of confidence you sometimes need to get a new job. They also provide great advice and opportunities. I haven't landed a job with them but, they have set up multiple interviews on my behalf. Thanks Cody Lehman, Zakary Haines, and Mark Nelson. Very friendly and good at what they do.
