  I have been a customer of Blum Agency for a few years now. They have the best customer service and are always willing to go above and beyond to help me any time I call there. I leased a new vehicle over the weekend and I emailed Jan to make sure the call center added my new car and removed the old car since I was unable to speak directly with my agent on Saturday. She assured me that everything was taken care of and asked if they told me about the bonus drive program that Allstate had going on. When I told her they didn't she sent me the link to complete a rebate form to receive a $500 for leasing a new vehicle. That made my day, thanks Blum Agency for always being awesome!!
