  Ridiculous staff with no professionalism. Was charged an extra month for my membership, so I called 2 weeks, spoke to THREE different people as they simply passed the phone to one another, and was told I would recieve a full refund within 5 days. Of course, to no surprise, I did not recieve my refund. I literally just off the phone with someone from here after explaining the whole ordeal, and he tells me that I "should have came in immediately to talk with someone because the people here truly don't care. You know what I'm saying?"

  Real nice. What employee says such a thing? How can you be proud to have employees like this representing your gym? THIS IS YOUR STAFF. Hire some mature employees rather than cocky ignorant teenagers who don't take their jobs seriously. HELP your customers, don't push them aside. After speaking with local customer support, I understand that I now need to speak with an Operations Manager or Corporate, but for the love of god, I would never recommend this gym to anyone. LA Fitness on Big Beaver is a complete joke.
