WORST customer service ever. Was here on 1-4-18 & had 3 lines added to an existing account. Was told by the 2 employees working a special was running since we purchased 3 additional lines we would get $150 dollars per line in accessories. Being sure this was a scam asked multiple times about it being free. Confirmed it was free to us by both employees. Now bill reflects owed amounts! Went in and spoke to store Manager Renata (sp?) who basically could do nothing but back her employees despite us asking her to review tapes. Beware of this location!!!
