I came in to have a couple things replaced on my car new that were damaged prior to buying it. The mechanics were very helpful and gave me updates throughout the process. When the repairs were going to take longer than expected, I was guided to an empty office so that I could work with privacy and away from the noise in the waiting room. The repairs were done half an hour early and everything looked perfect when I got my car back!
